Perception Study on Inclusion and Service Quality in Food and Beverage Establishments in Puerto Rico: Focus on the LGBTQ+ Community
This study compiles the perceptions of LGBTQ+ individuals regarding their experiences in food and beverage establishments in Puerto Rico. The analysis identifies patterns of inclusion, areas of opportunity, and elements that affect service quality, with the aim of supporting community leaders, organizations, and businesses in creating safer, more respectful, and more affirming environments.
This study is currently available in Spanish only. An English version will be published soon as part of our commitment to accessibility and transparency in our research work.
