AgroInnova and ChangeMaker Foundation: a strategic partnership
Empowering citizens through the experiences of agro-entrepreneurs who graduated from AgroInnova together with ChangeMaker Foundation as an educommunication manager in the agricultural market, Caguas Market Square, PR.
Developing projects in work groups is a fundamental strategy to achieve social impact. Organizations benefit from sharing ideas, resources and best practices. ChangeMaker Foundation (CMF) contributes to the strategic development of AgroInnova through educommunication and research. The agroemergentes participating in AgroInnova learn the theory and practice in order to develop their initiatives until they turn the idea into a business based on the curriculum that the organization offers along with mentoring tactics. CMF provides research tools to achieve learning measurement processes, impact metrics and audiovisual content and extracurricular cultural and educational exchange. The objective is to place the talents of organizations at the service of the projects and their participants.
ChangeMaker Foundation: educating P.E.C.E.S. communities
Observation and active listening are valuable activities to understand the needs shared by the community. ChangeMaker Foundation (CMF) uses ethnographic tools to explore citizen activity and design educational experiences to influence the growth of community education. We assess needs and empower with educommunication for collective well-being.
